Negative: El aire acondicionado se apaga, por más que intente quitar el timer, no funciona al 100. El aire de la sala gotea, falta mantenimiento.
En general falta mantenimiento, regaderas tapadas, equipar un poco más los utensilios de cocina.

Positive: El departamento está súper amplio y limpio, muy cómodo.

Positive: Eigentlich gute Lage, wenn die ganzen Baustellen nicht wären. Schöne Wohnungen, aber leider teils sehr heruntergekommene Ausstattung.
Negative: 3 Baustellen rund um das Haus, alle mit lauter Musik.
Sehr heruntergekommene Ausstattung in der Wohnung, lockere Wasserhähne, kaputte Jalousien, komplett verkalkter Duschkopf.
Insgesamt sehr hellhörige Unterkunft.
Wasserpumpe konstant sehr laut, auch nachts und auch von den anderen Wohnungen zu hören.
Mussten beide Nächte bezahlen, obwohl wir deshalb nur 1 Nacht geblieben sind. Daher auch die schlechte Bewertung.
